Esker DeliveryWare – More Than A Fax Server

In 2002, One Touch Global Technologies integrated its first Esker DeliveryWare solution for one office of the leading travel organizations in the world. The project scope consisted of fax enabling the reservation system to increase the speed and efficiency of delivering travel reservations and confirmations to agents and customers via fax and email.
