Executive Team
Mr. Riley has 23 years of experience in the Engineering and Computer Industry, and founded One Touch Global Technologies, Inc., in 1990 for the purpose of creating, delivering and managing electronic documents. Scott has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and served as a commissioned U.S. Naval Officer with specialized training as a Civil Engineer for Construction Management, Contract Acquisition and Administration, serving as an assistant Public Works Office and Staff Civil Engineer. Prior to being commissioned, Scott also worked as a contract electrical engineer at Naval Oceans System Center. Beginning in 1992 under Scott's direction, One Touch Global published two key products for the faxing industry, the first called ProFax which thrived as a pioneer product for the construction industry. Later TargetFax was introduced to continue a long standing vision of automating the world of electronic documents, and fits in the overall solution category of computerizing paper and business transactions.
Mr. Higgins has an extensive background in marketing software products and IT consulting services, with more than 25 years of sales management and marketing leadership. As Director of Sales and Marketing for One Touch Global Technologies, his primary responsibilities include managing the domestic and international sales channel and partners, creating strategic alliances partnerships, developing applicable marketing collateral and overseeing day to day revenue generating operations. Larry is a native of Boston, Massachusetts with a B.S. degree in Marketing from Merrimack College in North Andover.
Mr. Atkins brings to the company over 35 years of experience in Software Engineering and Project Management. As Chief Architect of the TargetFax system, he is responsible for ensuring that the company's software products are developed to the highest standards, yet in such a way that new components can be quickly deployed to take advantage of expanding marketing opportunities. Prior to joining One Touch, Mr. Atkins ran his own software development and consulting company, creating many customized applications, mainly in the area of free-form database tracking, contact and project management, job control, order-entry, sales, product servicing, real-estate, executive search, banking, and insurance. Mr. Atkins was also the Chief Architect of DayFlo Tracker and holds a B.Sc. Honors degree in Engineering Science from the University of Durham in England.
Mr. Norwood started his fax server technology career more than 10 years ago holding positions in technical support, QA, documentation, technical training, competitive analysis, product marketing and worldwide product management for Alcom Corporation (purchase by Esker Inc in 1999). While at Alcom, Chris Norwood consulted for several leading international fax technology products. As product manager at Alcom, its fax server product lines won LanFax Product of Year several years in a row from CTI, LanTimes and Windows NT magazine. While at Esker, Chris was instrumental in helping FaxGate win a LanFax Product of the Year award, introduced the configuration wizard and championed their general data recognition strategy – which is a cornerstone in Esker DeliveryWare today. As business development manager, Chris is responsible for researching new applicable product lines, developing short term and long term strategic application and development relationships that compliment the One Touch Global Technology strategies for growth.
