How it Works
The One Touch Integration Server (OTIS) software may be installed directly on the OpenText Fax Server RightFax Edition or stand alone server. Best practice configuration will depend on usage. In addition to the expanded functionaility, OTIS may be configured to do one or more of the following:

  • Send faxes using OpenText Fax Server RightFax Edition Board Server(s)
  • Rename and split received faxes into single page tiff documents
  • Deliver all received faxes in RightFax FaxUtil Client, folder or third party database
  • Load balance across multiple OpenText Fax Servers
