HOW THE RESELLER PROGRAM WORKS
The One Touch Global Technologies Reseller Program has three levels of partner participation and margin. To ensure that we properly monitor and protect our resellers while offering quality products, service and support, we will limit the number of resellers and provide excellent margin opportunities. In addition, One Touch has an active "lead registration" program to ensure that resellers who drive new business opportunities on their own are maximizing their investment of time and resources.

As a member of the One Touch Reseller Program you will be one of the exclusive few who sell our competitive advantage technology to increase your revenues beyond your traditional hardware and service sales. As a key technology differentiator, these solutions help you protect and even greatly maximize your margins against the competition.

Partner Levels:

“VENDOR PARTNER” RESELLER LEVEL

The requirements of a Vendor Partner are:

  • Attend a 45 minute product overview via the web
  • Complete the Reseller Profile
  • Copy and submit your tax certificate(s)
  • Possess sufficient knowledge of Windows networks, hardware troubleshooting and database management capabilities
  • Complete and sign the Authorized Reseller Agreement - North America, as a Vendor Partner

Vendor Partner Benefits:

  • No sign up fee
  • Online demos to your customers by our staff to facilitate the sales process
  • Sales Engineering (SE) services

“CERTIFIED PARTNER” RESELLER LEVEL

The requirements of a Certified Partner are:

  • Meet all reseller requirements of the Vendor Partner Level
  • Pay a program fee of $5,000
  • Complete and sign the Authorized Reseller Agreement - North America, as a Certified Partner
  • Provide at least $50,000 in annual sales revenue to OTGT

Certified Partner Benefits:

  • OTGT senior sales staff trains your sales and tech organizations at your location and accompanies you on sales calls
  • A copy of TargetFax for sales demonstrations and limited use within your company
  • Eligibility for sales leads
  • Sales Engineering (SE) services to your customers, to facilitate sales

“CERTIFIED GOLD PARTNER” RESELLER LEVEL

The requirements of a Certified Gold Partner are:

  • Meet all requirements of the Vendor Certified Partner Level
  • Program fee of $5,000
  • Complete and Sign the Authorized Reseller Agreement - North America, as a Certified Gold Partner
  • Provide product page or TargetFax link on your website
  • Display TargetFax logo on marketing collateral
  • Provide Level 1 Technical Support on authorized products
  • Provide at least $100,000 in annual sales revenue to OTGT

Certified Gold Partner Benefits:

  • OTGT senior sales staff trains your sales and tech organization at your location and accompanies you on sales calls
  • A copy of TargetFax for sales demonstrations and limited use within your company
  • Eligibility for sales leads
  • Sales Engineering (SE) services to your customers, to facilitate sales
