What is RightFax on Steroids?

Based on feedback from our customers, we have developed three enhancements for the Captaris RightFax product line. These enhancements include;

RightFax Broadcast Module
The RightFax Broadcast Module was developed by One Touch for RightFax customers who need to send out the same document to many people, quickly and easily.   The Broadcast Module adds "true" fax broadcast capabilities to the Captaris RightFax Solution. Key features include:

• Easily resend failed faxes
• Effortlessly update fax lists to remove wrong/bad numbers
• Create custom reports based on date, time, minutes used, success rate
• Manage multiple jobs
• Dynamic linking to your fax recipient lists
• Combine multiple fax recipient lists of different file formats, sizes and structures
• Importing and exporting, allowing you to create supersets or subsets of fax lists
• Fast list sorting by; phone number, zip code, fax number, company name and custom fields
• Global Do-Not-Send database
• Filtering, selection and tracking of recipients
• Job Tracking and Management
• Flexible scheduling and high-speed queue based faxing
• Forms overlay, headers and footers
• Automatically removes duplicate fax numbers

RightFax Mail-Merge Module
Using RightFax it is not easy to fax personalized form letters or reports using the Fax Util and printer deriver. The One Touch RightFax Mail-Merge Module allows you to quickly create and send personalized form letters, reports, accounting statements, invoices, rate sheets etc. These mail-merged eDocuments can be sent to one or multiple receipts. The RightFax Mail-Merge Module works with the following applications:

• Microsoft Word – Form Letters
• Crystal Reports – Financial, Data Reports
• Access Reports – Budget Reports
• Accounting Packages – Invoices
• Quoting Systems – Quotes and Orders
• Contact Managers and CRM's – Announcements and Reminders
• Mortgage Applications – Rate Sheets

RightFax FaxFlow Module

The RightFax FaxFlow module is the most cost effective inbound fax management and workflow solution on the market today. It performs a number of user-friendly tasks that the RightFax Server can not perform without extensive API programming or other third party applications. With the RightFax FaxFlow Module it is easily to automate the following tasks:

• Rename existing fax file names into user friendly file names based on:
• Barcodes (1D, 2D)
• User name of recipient
• Date/Time Received
• Directory Received
• CSID/DID/DTMF
• Custom Attributes, Tags and Customer Database Fields
• Server Properties e.g. server name and channel
• Split multi-page Tiff files into Single page Tiff files
• Covert Tiff files to PDF files
• Deliver faxes to another application, location or DMS system
• Add stamps, overlays etc.
