- Knowledge of one or more of the leading fax server technologies, i.e. Captaris RightFax, Esker Deliveryware, Esker Lotus Notes Fax, Omtool GeniFax, GFI Fax, FaxBack, Copia, ZetaFax, Fenestrae,
- People skills, strong presentation and project management skills
- Good interpersonal communications and writing skills
